GRAU DE CINESIOFOBIA E NÍVEL DE FUNCIONALIDADE EM PACIENTES COM DOR NO JOELHO PRÉ E PÓS INTERVENÇÃO FISIOTERAPÊUTICA

RESUMO
Introdução: Os testes funcionais avaliam padrões básicos do movimento, sendo o Step Down utilizado para avaliar a disfunção no joelho. Se o paciente apresentar baixo desempenho funcional ele pode apresentar dor no joelho, segundo a Pain Reports, a dor é uma experiência somática que espelha a apreensão de uma pessoa, que ameaça sua integridade física ou existencial podendo desenvolver patologias como a osteoartrose e disfunção femoropatelar. A presença de dor na articulação do Joelho pode gerar fobia ao movimento, a qual a escala tampa de Cinesiofobia é utilizada para avaliar este grau. Diante disso o presente estudo tem o objetivo de correlacionar a Cinesiofobia com a dor e o desempenho funcional em indivíduos com dor no joelho pré e pós o tratamento fisioterapêutico. Objetivo: Comparar pré e pós intervenção fisioterapêutica o grau de Cinesiofobia e o nível de funcionalidade em pacientes com dor no Joelho. Métodos: A amostra foi composta por 17 indivíduos do sexo feminino e masculino. A coleta foi realizada através do questionário escala tampa de Cinesiofobia, Ficha de Avaliação contendo a escala de Avaliação Numérica da Dor e o teste funcional Step Down que avalia o grau de Funcionalidade do membro inferior. Conclusão: Através dos resultados obtidos pelo presente estudo, conclui-se que os pacientes apresentaram elevado grau de cinesiofobia, no entanto houve discreta influência nos níveis de desempenho funcional.
